Stop the flicker
A decal lies 1 mm above a panel, 30 m from the camera, and fights with it: blue bands show through the orange.
Make it stable without moving the decal or the camera: give the decal's material a polygon offset towards the camera.
What Check tests
- The decal's material uses polygonOffset towards the camera
- Along one row the decal wins everywhere (no blue showing through)
- The decal is still 1 mm above the panel
