Flip the quad
A square panel named panel is in the scene and you cannot see it, though the status bar counts its 2 triangles.
Make it visible by fixing its triangle list (the index), not by switching the material to DoubleSide.
What Check tests
- The panel still has 4 vertices and 6 index entries
- The material is still single-sided (FrontSide)
- The middle of the picture is orange
