Fade the panel in and out
The Filters panel appears and disappears in one frame. Make it fade over 250 ms with ease-out, both when it opens and when it closes.
Animate only opacity (it is cheap: green on the timeline).
What Check tests
- 100 ms after opening, the panel is part-way visible
- After 250 ms it is fully visible
- It fades out too: 100 ms after closing it is part-way
- Only opacity is animated
