A reveal that never hides the list
The feature cards are hidden by CSS and shown by JavaScript. If the script fails, the page is blank.
Hide the cards only under a .reveal class that the script adds, and add it only when reduced motion is not requested. Without .reveal the cards must show at once.
What Check tests
- No rule hides the cards unless it needs the .reveal class
- With the class, the cards arrive and are all visible after 700 ms
- Reduced motion: visible with no movement and no animation
