A card that lifts
When the card is hovered, make it rise a few pixels and grow a shadow, smoothly.
Move it with a transform (or the translate property), not with top or margin, so the cards around it don't move and the browser doesn't redo layout.
What Check tests
- The card transitions its movement
- On hover the card moves up with a transform
- On hover the shadow changes
- The hover doesn't change layout properties
