Build themed pricing cards
Style the two pricing cards using the cascade and inheritance, with no !important:
1) Cards have dark gray text #1f2937 that everything inside inherits. 2) The .featured card has a #1f2937 background and white text. 3) Links in a card take the card's text colour. 4) Buttons use the card's font and text colour, with a transparent background and a 2px border in the current text colour.
