One Tab stop and the arrow keys
Three station buttons each have tabindex="0": three Tab stops.
Make the list one Tab stop (the first row), and let ArrowDown and ArrowUp move focus and the stop to the next or previous row. Do not stop the Tab key.
What Check tests
- Only the first row is a Tab stop
- ArrowDown moves focus to the second row
- The Tab stop moved with the focus
- ArrowUp at the first row stays there
- Tab is not stopped
