Never a blank box
draw(rows) paints a bar per day. With an empty list it paints nothing and says nothing: a blank box.
When rows is empty, draw no bars and put No days match these filters. in #message. With data it must draw one bar per row and clear the message.
What Check tests
- With data the chart has 3 bars
- With data the message is empty
- An empty list draws no bars and says why
- No attribute holds NaN
