Stagger the bars
The bars should start one after another, 40 ms apart. None of them moves, because the delay is computed from a field the data does not have.
Fix delay so that every bar moves: use the bar's position i times 40.
What Check tests
- All 7 bars end at their width
- The delay is a number for every bar
- No attribute holds NaN
