Detect never Correctly

IsNever<T> should be true when T is never and false for every other type. The starter gives never for IsNever<never>.

Fix it so distribution is turned off.

What Check tests

  1. Your code has no type errors
  2. IsNever<never> is true
  3. IsNever<never> is not false
  4. IsNever<string> is false
  5. IsNever<string> is not true

Stuck? One hint at a time

The solution unlocks after your first Check. Try first: that is where the learning happens.
