Mark up a library notice
The starter has the text of a notice with no HTML. Turn it into a proper page:
Library notice is the main heading (<h1>) and Opening hours is a section heading (<h2>) below it.
The library is closed on Sunday. is a paragraph, and the whole sentence is important, so mark it with <strong>.
The two timing lines go in one paragraph, each on its own line.
