Fix the stray zero
This mail sidebar shows a red badge with the number of unread messages in each folder. But the Spam folder, which has 0 unread, shows a stray 0.
Fix Folder so a folder with 0 unread shows **no badge and no 0**, while folders with unread mail still show a .badge with the number. Keep the folder class on each row.
What Check tests
- There are three folders
- Spam shows no badge and no stray
0 - Inbox shows a badge with
4 - Updates shows a badge with
12
