Fix a broken head
This café page has four head problems. Fix them all:
1. The page language isn't set: make it English. 2. The charset comes after the title: move it to be the first thing in the head. 3. The viewport blocks zooming: keep only width=device-width, initial-scale=1. 4. The script in the head runs before the heading exists and crashes (look at the console): make it run after the page is parsed, without moving it out of the head.
