The Head, SEO and Sharing
Everything in the <head>: titles, descriptions, social cards, icons, the manifest, loading CSS and scripts, structured data and SEO basics.
The <head> is the part of a page nobody sees, yet it decides a lot: how the page is decoded, how it fits a phone, what the browser tab says, what Google shows in its results, what card appears when someone shares your link, which icon sits on a home screen, and how fast the page starts to paint.
In this phase you'll go through the head element by element. You'll write titles and descriptions that people click, social cards that look right on WhatsApp, LinkedIn and X, favicons and a web app manifest, and the <link> and <script> tags that control loading speed (defer, async, preload, preconnect).
Then you'll describe your page to machines with structured data (JSON-LD) and learn the SEO basics every developer should own: crawling and indexing, robots, canonical URLs, sitemaps, clean URLs, semantic HTML and hreflang. The examples are live: each one reads its own head with a little JavaScript so you can see exactly what a browser or a crawler sees.
