Get a blog post ready for launch
Ravi's post is going live at https://ravi.example/en/blog/code-at-40; a Hindi version lives at https://ravi.example/hi/blog/code-at-40. The page still has problems left over from staging.
Make it launch-ready: let search engines index it, give it a specific title (at most 60 characters, mentioning 40), add a self-referencing canonical, add hreflang links for en, hi and x-default (English is the fallback), keep exactly one <h1>, and turn every item in the <nav> into a real link with descriptive text (All posts goes to /blog/).
What Check tests
- The page can be indexed
- The title is specific: mentions 40, at most 60 characters
- A canonical points to the page's own full URL
- hreflang links for en, hi and x-default
- Exactly one h1
- Every nav item is a crawlable link with descriptive text
Stuck? One hint at a time
The solution unlocks after your first Check. Try first: that is where the learning happens.
